At Salon Chrysalis we understand that things come up. Unfortunately, absorbing the cost of no-shows & last-minute cancellations isn't sustainable for a small business.

To avoid any fees, we require at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a charge of $50 or 50% of the cost of the service booked - whichever is greater.

LATE GUESTS: If you are going to be a few minutes late to your appointment & are able to let us know via call or text, that is greatly appreciated (but please drive safely!). If you are up to 10-15 minutes late to your appointment, it may result in your appointment being shortened, meaning the drying/styling portion will need to be cut. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment will be canceled & the cancellation fee will apply.

SICKNESS: The cancellation policy is waived for sickness. If clients start to experience any sickness symptoms the morning of their appointment, we require that they reschedule. Again, as much notice as possible is greatly appreciated. We also require that clients who have had COVID reschedule their appointments at least 10 days out from testing positive - further if they are still experiencing symptoms.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The cancellation policy is waived for inclement weather, your safety is top priority. As much notice as possible is still greatly appreciated. If we decide to not open/close early due to weather, we will always reach out to clients to give as much notice as possible.
